I have been a Race Director for mud runs, a panelist for Concessions 101 at the International Council for Airshows, an Operations Director for music festivals, and in less than three months’ time recruited programming and launched the first Chicago Tribune Food Bowl with over 100 participating restaurants and non-profit organizations.
I have served as the Director of Operations for Green City Market as we navigated public markets during the peak of the pandemic, led multi-million dollar integrated brand campaigns for Edelman's largest clients, and most recently, relaunched a legacy print publication.

THE WORK

THE WORK

  • Project & Production Management

Delicately balancing internal and client priorities is one of my greatest strengths. From behemoth music festivals to restaurant service patterns, operations are my passion—and I bring that energy to every project I manage. With 15+ years of experience spanning large-scale event builds, food and beverage operations, and hospitality program development, I excel at financial projections, staff coaching, and strategic planning.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I create systems that effectively manage concurrent projects, staff and resource allocation, and budgets ranging from $250K to $27M+.

Managing and working alongside remote teams and clients is where I’m most comfortable, and I enthusiastically embrace non-traditional workspaces to get things done.

  • Brand Strategy

I help brands communicate their purpose—and ensure it shows up consistently across every touchpoint.

From using data-driven insights to inform brand experiences to shaping integrated campaigns, I connect the dots between strategy and execution.

With an eye on operational clarity, I build strategies that aren’t just big ideas but actionable plans that deliver.

  • Thought Leadership

From moderating panels to leading workshops, I love creating space for meaningful conversation.

With a master's in Food Studies and a background in storytelling, I bring a grounded, accessible voice to topics at the intersection of food, culture, and brand building.

  • Editorial

As Publisher and Editor in Chief of Edible Chicago, I lead a small but mighty team to tell stories that matter. From print and digital issues to in-person experiences, I oversee editorial strategy and execution that brings communities together around food and place.

Beyond the magazine, I have curated and produced programs for live events, from chef-led dinners to panel discussions, ensuring content and experiences align with mission-driven storytelling.

I thrive at the intersection of editorial and operations—balancing vision with practical details to create work that is engaging, thoughtful, and well-executed.
